Sailability quiz, Sunday 7th June 2020 at 7.30pm. Sussex Sailability have offered to host this weeks quiz for all Sailability groups across the UK.
This is a fun quiz, with both general kowledge and sailing questions, some easy and some hard. It is open to all sailors and volunteers, so suitable for all ages.
It is being hosted on a Go To Meeting and will include some picture rounds.
You can enter as an individual or as a team from one household and it’s just for fun, so no prizes. They system allows for 100 people/teams to join the quiz, so make sure you enter ASAP.
To enter the quiz you need to register, we will approve you and then you will be sent details of how to log onto the quiz through Go To Meetings.

Live Active Family Wellbeing Sessions
Tuesday 4pm and Thursdays 09:30
We’re excited to share with you that over the coming weeks you will have the opportunity to join in with some live Active Family Wellbeing sessions on our Actif Conwy Facebook page.
Developing co-ordination, strength and gentle flexibility, these sessions will be a fun and engaging way for you and your child to exercise, learn and relax together at home or in your garden. Classes will contain a combination of Tai chi, secular yoga, stories, songs, blended mindfulness practices, themed games and lots of imaginative interaction! Enjoy learning breathing techniques and gently ease aches and pains as we stretch, energise and explore what bite size moments of relaxation feel like together.
These sessions are aimed at children 4 – 12 years old with their family members at home. Please tag your friends to let them know about the upcoming free classes and make sure you’re following our Facebook page so you don’t miss any updates and can see the sessions when they go live!

The L A Cinema ‘Film Quiz’ returns for its ninth week during the government lockdown.
It’s FREE to take part and streams live every Friday at 20:30pm for a duration of ninety minutes. The quiz comprises of ‘five’ rounds and a total of ‘fifty’ questions. Answers will be revealed at the end!
This weeks topics include: Stanley Kubrick films, the Science Fiction genre, film music, world cinema and name that film from the noughties?
L A Cinema will also be recommending films and content watched during the week on Blu-Ray, DVD and streaming services such as Netflix, Mubi, the BFI Player, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus. We will also be continuing our ‘Desert Island Flicks’ segment, where so far I have taken Once Upon A Time In America, Heat, Citizen Kane and 2001: A Space Odyssey on a desert island.
