Coronavirus – Covid 19

Here at TVConwy we are going to do our very, very best to keep you informed, in touch and entertained – obviously due to the Coronavirus outbreak everything has come to a standstill and we don’t know how long this is going to last for.

But we know how strong our community spirit is here in Conwy and we’ve seen so many incredible things happening already – as soon as the outbreak started to spead volunteer groups set up all across the county, people started coming up with new ideas of how we can teach, entertain and support each other with on-line – shops, educational, exercise and support groups and many more all adapting how they work in so many inventive ways – and we’ve also seen incredible compasssion and wonderful teamwork from our many food outlets supporting those in need.

As a small, volunteer-led group our team welcome ideas of how we can help – we will be changing the way we use our our social media output with the aim of spreading as much information as we can as far as possible to help as many vulnerable people as we can, help families and those living along to stay in touch, stay safe and stay sane.

We can get through this together – so please, feel free to use our community forum on Facebook, get in touch on Twitter – send us an email at TVCONWYTVCONWY@GMAIL.COM or call 07742810049  – send us your videos of how you are managing self-isolation, or ideas for safe self-distancing community contact and videos or photos you may have that you think would be interest to others.

Our thoughts go out to everyone affected by this awful pandemic, and we just can’t put into words our admiration for all those battling on the front line of the NHS saving lives – stay safe everyone and stay connected! We WILL get through this!
