Everything around us is changing from moment to moment. Let the vibrations and frequencies from singing bowls, and gongs, infuse your body, mind and emotions with powerful and soothing sound waves.
A time for letting go, releasing tension and enjoying a period of relaxation, meditation and no-doing.
Please bring a mat, blanket, cushion and water, then all you have to do is lie down, close your eyes and just “be”.
