The next talk held by the History of Deganwy Group is The Norman Roads of North West Wales by David Hopewell, on Thursday 17th October, at 7:00pm.
When the Romans arrived in Britain they built roads which in many cases, form the basis of the modern network we have today. David is a member of the Gwynedd Archaeological Trust and has studied the Roman in Wales, writing many papers on the topic.
