Christmas Eve in Conwy has become a tradition for many years now. It started off as a small gathering in the square with everyone meandering over to the castle car park chatting excitedly to each other to wait for Santa and the fireworks and in recent years it has grown to become a HUGE event, with visitors coming from all over the world to join us locals in a very special tradition. TVConwy has been a part of this since we started back in 2014 and have come up with what we think is a pretty good idea of a recipe for a true Conwy Christmas.
Sadly, due to the Covid pandemic all events of this kind have had to be cancelled and Conwy Town Council have had to adapt their usual arrangements with Santa.
Although we, like so many others, are so sad that we can’t be celebrating this special evening with everybody, we wanted to share our recipe with you all.
Let’s hope that next year we’ll be back there again, dancing with Darren and singing our hearts out for Santa.
Have a very merry and safe Christmas from us all here at TVConwy.
Nadolig Llawen a Blwyddyn Newydd Dda!
