Hundreds of Rotarians and their partners are returning to Llandudno on 29th September for their annual Conference. And they want as many local residents to join them at their Rotary Showcase on Friday 29th between 1.30pm and 4pm and if that’s not convenient the Showcase will be presented the following morning, Saturday 30th between 11.30am and 1.30pm.
This year’s Showcase features three lifesaving charities. If you live locally in and around Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy you are invited to come along to Venue Cymru on The Promenade in Llandudno and see for yourself the work of the Children’s Air Ambulance, Heartbeat and their defibrillator training and learn more about Prostrate Cancer which incidentally affects 1 in 8 men in the UK.
The Showcase features a flight simulator from the Children’s Air Ambulance and Heartbeat will be giving training on using a defibrillator. So come along and find out more. It could well save the life of someone close to you.
