Every day until April 23rd – “Mum and Egg ” Quiz Trail
The reserve is open daily throughout the Easter school holidays from 9.30am to 5pm.
Price: Normal reserve entrance charges apply to go around the trails, the Easter quiz sheet is £1
Do you know what colour the eggs of a Robin are? What creature lays eggs like a jelly bean? Who can smell with their feet? Try our ‘Mum and Egg’ Easter quiz trail and collect your reward.
This family fun quiz trail is available every day until Sun 23rd April, just pick up a £1 quiz sheet before you go and explore the trails. You can check your answers when you come back to the visitor centre and collect your prize.
The trail may take approx half an hour to complete if you are walking and enjoying the trails at a relaxed pace.

Drop in and have a go at a hands-on wildlife activity -all sorts of activities – including pond dipping and a mini beast safari.

Friday 14th – Monday 17th – Abergele
Have fun over the Easter holidays and run through muddy woodlands, around the mystical Gwrych Castle and along nature trails on the Dragon Egg Hunt. There will be various dragon nests throughout the castle gardens with life size eggs inside! Follow the clues left by our dragon explorers through the gardens, tracking down the nests and find the dragon eggs. But beware, the dragon and its mischievous keeper are on the loose! What’s more, everyone will be rewarded with a delicious treat at the end of the Dragon Egg Hunt. You will have an hour to complete your quest to claim you reward before the dragon returns…
After your Dragon Egg Hunt, come along to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party where there’ll be refreshments, face-painting, and craft activities galore!
And every time you head out on a Dragon Egg Hunt, you’ll help fund vital conservation work to restore Gwrych Castle for future generations to enjoy!
Due to limited space, each child may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults.

The Welsh Government Building in Llandudno Junction will be transformed with choirs,singers, poets, dragons, swordfighting displays. and much more! And of course, there’ll be the spectacular vertical dance performers with their beautiful show “Porth ” which is breathtakingly amazing!

TRAKZ Busking Festival
Saturday 11 – 4pm – Llandudno Junction
Llandudno Junction Trakz, a street Festival bringing the local community, railway and businesses in the area together for a fun, family friendly event.
Come along from 11am until 4pm and watch street performers from musicians and comedians to circus performers. We have actors to show you round the streets, where you can also visit a craft fair, a car boot, workshops and family inflatables area.
For music lovers there is a concert in the evening 7:30pm at the Labour club for jazz folk & funk lovers.
Classic Car Display
Sunday 16th – 9:30 onwards – Rhos-On-Sea
There will be a display of some cool classic cars on the parade opposite the Cayley embankment in Rhos-on-Sea. Raising money for the North Wales Air Ambulance – the event is free but donations are greatfully received.
The display will return on the 3rd Sunday of every month throughout the summer.
